You must be at least eighteen 18 years of age, and possess a valid credit or debit card to purchase our products. We reserve the right to cancel any sales transaction based on our sole discretion if we believe the purchaser is under the age of 18 or intends to purchase products on behalf of a minor.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women should not use electronic cigarettes. Consult your doctor first if you have any pre-existing medical condition.

Nicotine is a highly addictive substance and in a sufficient dosage a deadly poison. We accept no responsibility for ill health or injury resulting from use, abuse or misuse of the e-cigarettes and/or cartridges. Please ensure you have read and are familiar our Health and Safety guidance contained on this website.  

Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at anytime and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

You are responsible for your account and password and any activities that occur or purchases made via your account. You are responsible for ensuring your password is only known be you and don not allow other users to use your account. You must not use any account that is not set up with your own details and all details given must be true and correct. Huttons shall not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

Price of goods

The price of the goods ordered will be the price shown in the currency selected at the time the order is placed. The price shown will include the purchase price and postage and packaging. The purchase price and postage and packaging price will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before the customer commits to the order. The amount shown will be the full and final amount due to place the order.

All our products are duty paid in the United Kingdom. Any additional duties or taxes payable by customers outside the UK is the sole responsibility and liability of the customer. We may alter the description of the shipping goods and can ship to the countries as indicated in our web site, but it is your sole responsibility and liability to check with customs and to get your order through customs.

Cancellation Right

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. When goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. Please note that all returns must be in an unused and resalable condition, a reasonable amount will be deducted from your refund to cover our original postage and packaging costs. Any additional original postage paid will not be refunded.

Delivery Policy

Ordered will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment has been made. 

Returns Policy

We hope you will be satisfied with any goods purchased from us, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return them within ten working days starting from the day after delivery. Items must be unopened, complete and in all their original packaging, they must be in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if we determine the returned items not to be in a resalable condition. If returned goods are in a resalable condition you will be entitled to an exchange or refund of the purchase price only. A reasonable amount will be deducted from your refund to cover our original postage and packaging costs. Any additional original postage paid will not be refunded. If an item is exchanged additional postage costs may need to be paid.

If we send out a wrong item or an item that is faulty we will cover the cost of the return postage for that item. Items will be repaired or a replacement will be sent.

We recommend that proof of postage is obtained and kept until a replacement or refund is received. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. We recommend that items be insured when posted.

Refunds will be made back onto the original card used for the purchase. 

Due to hygiene reasons goods that have been opened cannot be returned.

Guarantees

Certain components of the electronic cigarette are deemed to be consumables; if the electronic cigarette is used correctly the components should last well after their guaranteed period. If used under normal conditions the follow guarantees are given on our products. 

• Batteries – 1 Months from delivery
• Atomisers – 21 Days from delivery
• Chargers – 6 Months from delivery
• Cases – 6 Months from delivery
• Cartridges – None

 

Items covered by the guarantee will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Guarantees are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights.

Export information

We will ship our products outside the UK. We will send our products from a UK post office with their standard service for international post. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the good will clear customs and any associated taxes are paid. Our responsibility ends when the product has been shipped, we will keep proof of postage for 2 months from order date.

Ownership of rights

All rights, including copyright, web-site content, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property in this website are owned by or licensed to Huttons. Any use of this website or its contents, including storing or copying in part or whole, other than for personal non-commercial is prohibited without the prior permission of Huttons.

Complaints

We endeavour at all times to provide quality products alongside great customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact our customer services and we will do our up most to resolve any issues. If you would like your email address removing from our list please customer service with the heading "Remove email address".
